The SRZ radiator is an air heat- interchanger which can be applied in heating air on the condition of using steam and hot water or high temperature heat conduction oil as medium. It can be widely applied in the textile printing (such as molding machine, dryer, print works and so on), the chemical fiber, the rubber, food, the chemical industry, metallurgy and painting, the drugs manufacture, the plastic leather (coating machine, assembly, spreadometer, shotcrete machine, printer and so on) the machinery, the lumber and so on .
The SRZ radiator comb finned tube is adapted with ¦Õ21¡Á2.0mm seamless steel pipe circled 15¡Á0.4mm corrugation steel belt, in the shape of spiral. Its distance of pieces has three types: 5mm(D), 6mm(Z), 8mm(X). Its has two materials :the steel pipe circled steel disk and stainless steel circled stainless steel disk. The working pressure of its hot medium is 2.0***, the operating temperature is below 300℃.
It is mainly composed by three row of fork arrangement spiral finned tubes which are lied along with the air flows. The finned tubes is made by circling the cold rolling steel belt on the seamless steel pipe using machinery circling method. Then come to the process of galvanizing the face or spurting high temperature silver powder . The contact face of radiating tube and finned tube is wide and co***ct . The diathermancy is excellent, stable and anti-corrosive. It is smart and durable, easy to be installed and run.
